The first cava brut nature without sugar addition (1945)
Attractive pale golden yellow. Deep and delicate aromas of aging where floral touches and white fruit blend with elegant nuances of its long aging (vanilla, honey, bread finished cooking) and balsamic notes resulting from its aging in barrels. Fine and integrated bubble. The palate is structured, live, fresh, long and persistent. In the position-taste we find notes of pastry, toasting, balsamic, jams … which make it very pleasant to the palate.
